LRFit Workouts are 5.5 Minute High Intensity Bodyweight Workouts.

The LRFit Workout Program:

  • Monday – 5.5 Minute Workout
  • Tuesday – 5.5 Minute Workout
  • Wednesday – Rest
  • Thursday – 5.5 Minute Workout
  • Friday – 5.5 Minute Workout
  • Saturday – Rest
  • Sunday – Rest

Take “before” measurements and pictures. It is very exciting to see progress!!
